| The three original Team Dogs (Jeff, Brad, and Randy) started
working together at another agency, but saw an opportunity to
improve services by starting a new breed of ad agency–small enough
to move rapidly in any direction our clients need to go, yet
savvy enough to do everything a larger agency can do.
Instead of naming the company after ourselves, we chose to
emphasize our central concept by simply calling
it The Team–and visualizing it as a team of sled dogs.
